Quantum 4530 Shaft

This is the shorter motor shaft designed specially for Goblin 700 helicopters to be used on the Quantum 4530-500KV motors.  With this shorter shaft, users do not need to cut the shafts shorter to fit on the Goblin 700 helicopters.
